With Call of Duty : Mobile Public Test of Season 8 now underway, as well as data miners jumping into the game's files, much of the content for the anniversary-themed season has been revealed. We don’t know the exact details of the battle pass yet or the weapon balance hasn’t changed yet, we have a good idea of the content coming in COD Mobile Season 8. The release date of the content is expected to include new maps, two new weapons, a scorestrike, a perk, operator skills and the much-awaited weapon inspection feature.

COD Mobile Season 8 Release Date
Although Iv CTV has not yet shared the exact release date for COD Mobile Season 8, we expect it to be September 24 (UTC) due to the battle pass timer in the game.
Similar to previous COD mobile season release dates, some regions may get it a little early, so we recommend being vigilant from September 22 when the update deployment starts
COD Mobile Season 8 Update Content
First of all, it is important to note that the content in the latest test build is not representative of the entire content coming in COD Mobile Season 8.
Activision explains: "This content is not representative of everything that will come in the next release. We specifically determine what's going on in this build and try to get feedback or in-game data on specific features, changes, optimizations and content. We have information about next season." New Weapons added to new CoD Mobile Season 8
COD Mobile Season 8 is expected to release two new weapons. These two new weapons are the M13 assault rifle and the R90 shotgun, which you can see below.

At the time of writing, it is unclear how players will be able to unlock these new weapons but we expect that at least one of them will be unlocked by the free levels of COD Mobile Season 8 Battle Pass and the other by challenge, as per tradition.

Let's start with the new skills that will be released in the first COD Mobile Season 8. It’s called Tak-5, which helps, maximizes health (by 50), and removes burns for the user as well as their colleagues.

Then, we have a new Perk coming in COD Mobilec Season 8.
It’s called the Iron Lung, and sniper enthusiasts should be excited about it.
CoD Mobile Season 8 New Weapon Inspection
This new feature is very self-explanatory and allows players to easily check their weapons in COD Mobile, with some nice animations.

So you have it, thanks to the test servers and leaks everything we know about content expected to be released with COD Mobile Season 8.
There is also a new throwable object called a flash drone, as well as the expected new Battle Royal map, a new BR class and a rally car vehicle the details of which will be revealed at a later stage.
