Xiaomi's sub-brand Redmi has recently launched the Redmi Note 10s in India, expanding the smartphone portfolio of its Note series. Kacper Skrzypek of XDA Developers has taken a tweet, which shows the FCC certification listing of a new Xiaomi handset with model number M1908C3JGG. This model number is believed to be of Redmi Note 8 (2021). The tipster later gave information about this, citing "one of Xiaomi's pages". According to the FCC listing, it is believed that the phone will have MediaTek Helio G85 SoC. Also, the device will have a 4,000mAh battery and MIUI 12.5 for power backup.

There may be a quad-camera setup on the rear of the Redmi Note 8 (2021), which will include a 48-megapixel main sensor, an ultra-wide sensor, another depth sensor, and a tele-macro lens. Apart from this, a full-HD + display will be given in Redmi Note 8 (2021) with a 60Hz screen refresh rate. However, Xiaomi has reported a 120Hz refresh rate.
