Call of Duty Warzone Coming To Smartphones Soon? Here's Why It Could Happen
Call of Duty Warzone: New Action Job Advertisement suggests that the developer is considering hiring people ahead of a new smartphone-offering game project, which is expected to be Call of Duty Warzone.
Activision already has a Call of Duty game for a smartphone called Call of Duty Mobile. However, it looks like another of its popular titles Call of Duty Warzone will be coming to smartphones soon. Like Call of Duty Mobile, Warzone is also the developer's battle title.
Activision's new job advertisement on LinkedIn prompts the team to recruit new members for the match. See the post here.
“Activision Mobile has taken on new roles! The team focuses on live operations and content expansion on the call of duty. Our God team is dedicated to mobile and covers all major topics, ”the post said.
One of the hashtags used at the bottom of the post is also the hashtag for Warzone, which is a strong indicator of a new project.
Will there be 2 Call of Duty Mobile Games?
A new game can be started with the existing Call of Duty Mobile title. However, it remains to be seen whether the new game will eventually replace the old one. It’s also unclear how Warzone will differ from Call of Duty Mobile, perhaps except for Gulag’s implementation, both of which are warship games.
Both games may also be available with each other. Developer Krafton has released the second Battle Royale title of the PUBG: New State, the franchise that will be available alongside the classic PUBG mobile.
While PUBG Mobile is focusing on maps of terrain like Erangel, Miramar, Weekend, and Sanhok, PUBG: New State is expected to focus on more civic settings. We saw similar implementations as Call of Duty Mobile and Call of Duty: Warzone.
For now, Activision is not officially confirmed about warzone Mobile at this time, and it is best to bet with a pinch of salt. However, if the cards have "Call of Duty Warzone Mobile" on them, we will soon hear an official announcement around that.
