Call of Duty Mobile's final season is over, bringing 2022 to a close and ushering us into 2023. That resets the numbering, so we're back to Season 1.

You may recall that previously, the season count was reset to Season 1, New Order 2021 instead of Season 14. The numbering has now been reset again, so we're back to Season 1. Here's everything you need to know about the next season of Call of Duty Mobile.

When CoD Mobile Season 1 2023 Starts?

The next season of Call of Duty Mobile starts on January 18th at 4pm PT - so that's January 19th for most of the planet. You will see an update before this date, but only when the season officially starts.

What will happen in Call of Duty Mobile Season 1: Renaissance?

We have entered the new season of 2023, with the celebration of the Lunar New Year. It sees the return of the familiar Nuketown map, now with a Year of the Rabbit theme, though a completely new look is promised.

There are also new multiplayer modes, which appear to be inspired by Goldeneye - yes, Big Head Blizzard is coming to CODM, along with Super Attack of the Undead for those who crave more zombie action.

What Happened in Call of Duty Mobile Season 11: Ultimate Frontier?

To round out the year, CODM is taking things to another dimension in Ultimate Frontier. It will introduce Ground War 2.0, bring back Dogfather in the guise of Santa Snoop, and add some festive fun to the game. As the name suggests, there is also a space theme.

New map

New for this season is the Crossword map, which is a new location for Ground War 2.0. It expands on the Crossroads Strike map introduced last season, with a range of vehicles to handle icy conditions.

A new weapon

An addition in Season 11 is the EM2, a bullpup assault rifle, which you can get at Tier 21 of the free Battle Pass.
